Some key points include:

  • Campaign Launch: e.l.f. Beauty's "So Many Dicks" campaign runs through June 10 in New York’s Financial District, spotlighting the lack of diversity on corporate boards.

  • Research Findings: e.l.f. and agency Oberland's research shows 566 men named Richard, Rick, or Dick on boards, compared to 283 Hispanic women, 806 Black women, and 774 Asian women.

  • Change the Board Game Initiative: This initiative aims to double the rate of women and diverse members on corporate boards by 2027, supported by notable endorsements and strategic partnerships.

  • Company Commitment: e.l.f. Beauty demonstrates that diversity drives business growth, with a board composed of two-thirds women and one-third diverse members, contributing to 20 consecutive quarters of net sales growth.

⭐️ [Grant Opportunity] Africa’s Business Heroes Program

Overview: Are you African and interested in a grant? Africa's Business Heroes (ABH) is the Jack Ma Foundation's flagship philanthropic initiative in Africa, designed to support and promote local entrepreneurial talent. The program's mission is to recognize and cultivate entrepreneurs who are making a positive impact in their communities. Over ten years, ABH aims to identify and support 100 African entrepreneurs through grant funding from a pot of $1.5 million, training, and broader ecosystem support.

  • Eligibility: It is open to candidates from all 54 African countries regardless of age, gender, societal level or industry.

⭐️ Leadership/Fellowship Program: The Bridge Program

Overview: The Bridge Program (TBP) Fellowship is Nigeria's most prestigious leadership fellowship, dedicated to developing future leaders. This one-year, fully-funded fellowship begins with a residential boot camp in August, followed by a year of leadership training. Graduates become part of an active alumni network that offers lifelong learning opportunities and support. This year, TBP will welcome 150 students into the fellowship.

  • Eligibility: Open to all University and Polytechnic students based in Nigeria.

Overview: If you are interested in skill acquisition, the ServiceNow NextGen Professionals Program is designed to create impactful, real-world transformations by equipping individuals with essential skills for the future. This program focuses on removing barriers to the ServiceNow job landscape, championing diversity, and providing in-depth technical and career skills training. Participants engage in a 10-week hybrid learning journey that includes live instructor-led training, hands-on projects, mentorship, and on-demand learning

⭐️ Tech Program: The Break Through AI Program

Overview: For Undergraduate students interested in learning tech skills, the Break Through Tech AI Program aims to provide you with industry-focused AI/ML skills training, mentorship, professional readiness training, and opportunities to work on real-world AI/ML projects. The program includes a summer ML Engineering curriculum, AI Studio projects, career coaching, mentorship, and internship placement support. The program is available in Boston, Los Angeles, and virtually for students outside these areas.

  • Eligibility: Black, Latino/a, Indigenous, and low-income women and non-binary Undergraduate students interested in gaining AI/ML skills and industry experience.

⭐️ Program: Black Girls Code (BGC) with ServiceNow Next Gen Professionals Program

Overview: The Black Girls Code (BGC) in partnership with the ServiceNow NextGen Professionals Program, is a free 10-week training course designed to accelerate career readiness for entry-level IT roles. The program includes a mix of virtual instructor-led sessions, self-paced content, and comprehensive career support to prepare participants for the Certified System Administrator Exam and entry-level positions in the ServiceNow ecosystem.   • Eligibility: Applicants must be 18 years old, identifying as Black or any other underrepresented race in tech, female, and interested in a tech career.

⭐️Externship Program: Community College Externship

Overview: Are you a goal-oriented community college student hoping to gain real-world business experience and build your Resume? The Community College Remote Externship offers community college students the opportunity for paid business projects. It provides hands-on experience in key industries like Sales, Marketing, Consulting, Finance, and Product Management, allowing participants to enhance their skills in strategic thinking, data analysis, and effective communication. This program is designed to fit seamlessly into students' busy lives and fit seamlessly into students' busy lives, the program offers flexible, part-time, fully remote work arrangements.

  • Eligibility: Applicants must be currently enrolled in a community college in the USA, motivated to gain practical experience and advance their careers, and able to commit to a 10-hour-per-week schedule over 5 weeks.

  • Amount: Participants are to receive $500 stipend upon completing the program.

⭐️Scholarship Program: The GREAT Scholarships 2024

Overview: The GREAT Scholarships program offers students from 15 countries the opportunity to receive £10,000 towards their tuition fees for a wide range of one-year postgraduate courses. England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland universities210 scholarships are available across 71 universities in England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland. This initiative is jointly funded by the UK government’s GREAT Britain Campaign and the British Council, along with participating UK higher education institutions.

  • Eligibility: Applicants must be from one of the following countries: Bangladesh, China, Egypt, Ghana, Greece, Kenya, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Mexico, Nigeria, Pakistan, Thailand, Turkey, or Vietnam. Each country also has specific requirements.

  • Scholarship Amount: £10,000

⭐️Fellowship Program: The Hubert Humphrey Fellowship 2024

Overview: The Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowships Program offers fully funded scholarships for international students to study in the United States. This program provides graduate-level study, leadership skills development, and cultural exchange opportunities. Unlike traditional degree programs, Humphrey Fellows design individualized plans to acquire career-related knowledge, participate in professional internships, and engage in special enrichment activities for networking with American and international professionals.

  • Eligibility: Applicants must be citizens of eligible countries, possess an undergraduate degree (bachelor’s degree or equivalent), be mid-career professionals with a proven track record of leadership, a public service commitment, and the capacity to take full advantage of an independent non-degree study at a leading U.S. university.
