Their research found that there are actually more men named Dick on boards than there are women and people from diverse groups. Yaaay. Well, at least they're doing something about it. Read more here.

⭐️ Apprenticeship Program: The Accenture North American Apprenticeship Program
Overview: If you are interested in a Tech Apprenticeship opportunity to kickstart your dream tech career, you are in luck! The Accenture North America Apprenticeship Program is a full-time, year-long initiative designed to offer structured learning and hands-on training. This program is a paid opportunity which aims to equip participants with essential skills to advance their careers, promoting economic mobility and innovation. This program is available in over 40 cities across the United States.
Eligibility: Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent and demonstrate a strong commitment to learning and professional development. They should possess basic skills relevant to the apprenticeship role, must be able to work full-time for the entire year-long program and be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship.
Salary: Varies depending on the location and specific role of the apprenticeship. Benefits are also included.

⭐️ Tech Program Scholarship: Google Conference Scholarship

If you are from a group that is underrepresented in tech, Google Conference Scholarships aims to support groups like yours in technology and business by providing opportunities to people from diverse backgrounds to attend leading industry conferences. ⭐️ Tech Learning Platform: freeCodeCamp Learn to Code-for-free Platform.
Overview: Are you interested in learning to code but do not have access to resources, exercises and mentors? freeCodeCamp is a global nonprofit community dedicated to teaching people how to code for free. Established in 2014, it has helped over 40,000 graduates secure positions at top technology companies and thus provides a solid networking community. The platform offers a robust curriculum that includes project-based learning and certifications. With thousands of videos, articles, and interactive coding lessons, freeCodeCamp aims to make coding education accessible to everyone.
Eligibility: freeCodeCamp is open to everyone, regardless of background or experience.

⭐️Internship Program: Talent For Good Program
Overview: The Talent for Good program by Cloud for Good is designed to help individuals launch their Salesforce careers by providing hands-on experience, mentorship, and training within the Salesforce ecosystem. The program includes a paid apprenticeship where participants become Cloud for Good employees from day one, receiving competitive salaries and benefits. Participants will undergo intensive training and gain valuable experience working with clients in the nonprofit and higher education sectors.
Eligibility: Applicants must be citizens or permanent residents of the USA looking to start or change their careers in Salesforce, must possess some work-related experience, a passion for technology, and an interest in the nonprofit or education sectors. Applicants should possess prior Salesforce Administrator Certification, strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work in a fast-paced, mostly remote environment.
Salary: Salary is competitive and benefits are also included. Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, participants have the potential to transition to a full-time role with their client, with opportunities to earn a six-figure salary.

⭐️Scholarship Program: The Schwarzman Scholars Program
Overview: The Schwarzman Scholars Program is a one-year fully funded master of Global Affairs degree program at Tsinghua University in Beijing for international students interested in bridging the gap in political understanding between China and the rest of the world. Schwarzman Scholarship funding also includes $4,000 each to cover the personal expenses of the 200 annually selected candidates.
Eligibility: Open to scholars worldwide. Applicants must be between ages 18 to 29, proficient in the English Language, Undergraduate studies by August 1 of the enrollment year.
Application Deadline: April 2024 - August 2024 (US/Global Participants), and January 2024 - May 2024 (Applicants with Chinese Passports).

⭐️Scholarship Program: The GREAT Scholarships 2024
Overview: The GREAT Scholarships program offers students from 15 countries the opportunity to receive £10,000 towards their tuition fees for a wide range of one-year postgraduate courses. England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland universities210 scholarships are available across 71 universities in England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland. This initiative is jointly funded by the UK government’s GREAT Britain Campaign and the British Council, along with participating UK higher education institutions.
Eligibility: Applicants must be from one of the following countries: Bangladesh, China, Egypt, Ghana, Greece, Kenya, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Mexico, Nigeria, Pakistan, Thailand, Turkey, or Vietnam. Each country also has specific requirements.
Scholarship Amount: £10,000

⭐️Fellowship Program: The Hubert Humphrey Fellowship 2024
Overview: The Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowships Program offers fully funded scholarships for international students to study in the United States. This program provides graduate-level study, leadership skills development, and cultural exchange opportunities. Unlike traditional degree programs, Humphrey Fellows design individualized plans to acquire career-related knowledge, participate in professional internships, and engage in special enrichment activities for networking with American and international professionals.
