⭐️Apprenticeship Program: Pinterest Apprenticeship Program (Product Management).
Overview: Do you seek training and opportunity for a career in product management? The Pinterest Apprenticeship Program provides a chance for individuals from diverse backgrounds to explore Product Management at Pinterest. This program lasts up to one year, with the possibility of transitioning to a full-time Product Manager role. It's designed for those who face obstacles entering the tech industry, especially women, Black/African American, Latiné or Hispanic, American Indian, Alaskan Native, Native Hawaiian, Pacific Islander, and LGBTQ+ individuals, although it is open to all.
Eligibility: Applicants should have non-traditional paths into tech, such as graduates of product management bootcamps, those returning to the tech workforce, self-taught individuals, or those without formal degrees or experience in Product Management. Candidates should have at least one year of experience in a collaborative work environment and be available to work full-time. Students currently enrolled in any degree programs are not eligible.
Salary: The apprenticeship is a paid position, with specific compensation details provided during the application process.

⭐️ Exchange Program: Community Exchange Engagement (CEE) Program
Overview: The 2025 Community Engagement Exchange (CEE) Program is a global initiative designed to empower young civil society leaders between the ages of 21 and 27 to address critical issues within their communities. This year-long program provides participants with essential skills, resources, and expertise through practical experience, interactive learning, and mentorship. The program focuses on key areas such as civic dialogue, peacebuilding, participatory government, gender issues, environmental sustainability, and youth engagement.
Eligibility: Applicants must be between 21 and 27 years old and citizens of one of the eligible countries. They should live and work in their home country at the time of application, although exceptions are made for refugees. More information on the website.

⭐️ Externship Program: Elevate to Innovate: An Accenture Diversity Externship 2025
Overview: This externship is a virtual, two-day professional development program. It is designed for college students, recent graduates, and collegiate faculty and partners. It includes sessions about using technology to tackle significant business challenges. Participants receive Accenture skills certificates in in-demand tech areas upon completion. They will expand their professional networks and develop foundational business skills. Industry acumen is also a focus. The program helps participants understand Accenture’s culture and entry-level opportunities. It's a valuable step for those interested in tech careers.
Eligibility: It is open to underclassmen from HBCUs, HSIs, and other universities with a passion for technology and diversity. Applicants should be involved in extracurricular activities and have excellent communication skills. Leadership experience in academic or professional settings is important. Teamwork and collaboration examples are also required. Ambassadorship within schools or communities is a plus.

⭐️Internship and Full-time Employment Opportunities: Capital One Careers.
Overview: Are you interested in internship opportunities to kickstart your career? Capital One offers unique Student & Grad programs designed to help students and recent graduates launch impactful careers. These programs include 10-week paid internships for undergraduates and two-year rotational programs for recent graduates. Additionally, there are full-time employment and internship opportunities for graduate students. The focus is on providing real-world experience, professional development, and support from day one to improve the banking experience for all.
Eligibility: Internship applicants should be earning a bachelor’s degree by August 2025. Full-time rotational programs are for those earning a bachelor’s degree by August 2024. Graduate programs cater to MBA, Master’s, and PhD students graduating by August 2024. Participants should demonstrate involvement in extracurricular activities, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, show leadership experience, and provide examples of teamwork and collaboration.

Apprenticeship Program: Shopify Apprenticeship (Product Manager).
Overview: If you are interested in a Product Management career and seek apprenticeship opportunities, this is for you. The Apprentice Product Manager (APM) program is a 12-month initiative to develop future product leaders. Participants will collaborate with engineers, designers, and data scientists to create impactful products. This program offers formal learning and on-the-job training, providing a comprehensive introduction to product management. Upon successful completion, participants may continue as full-time product managers at Shopify.
Eligibility: Open to aspiring product managers with less than one year of experience or those looking to switch careers. No previous product experience is required. Applicants must be eligible to work in the US and Canada and reside in North America for the program's duration. Candidates should have a growth mindset, think in systems, and have a curiosity about how things work and how they can be improved. There are no academic requirements for this program.
