🔔 CLASS IS BACK IN SESSION 🔔

Welcome back to Rawan's Resources - your monthly curriculum for career success.

I wanted to drop in with a time-sensitive opportunity that just went live with a possible deadline as early as July 10, 2026.

🚨 Bonus Opportunity

⭐ Pinterest Products Apprenticeship Program

Overview: Pinterest's Products Apprenticeship is open for professionals from non-tech backgrounds and others who may face barriers to entering the industry. Three tracks just opened: Product Manager, Product Designer, and Product Researcher. The apprenticeship can last up to one year and includes the opportunity to be considered for conversion into a full-time role.

🔍 Here's what you need to know:

  • Who It's For: Professionals from non-tech backgrounds, including coding bootcamp grads, career-switchers, self-taught candidates, and people without a related degree or prior product experience. 1+ years of professional experience (collaborating and communicating in a work environment) is preferred. Students currently enrolled in a bachelor's, master's, or PhD program are not eligible.

  • The Tracks: Product Manager, Product Designer, and Product Researcher.

  • What You'll Get: The chance to work alongside Pinterest's Product, Design, Research, and Engineering teams on a high-impact project, a 1:1 mentor, and ongoing learning and development opportunities. You'll also use AI tools in your daily workflow.

  • Location: San Francisco / Remote. Applicants must already be legally authorized to work full-time in the United States. The role is not eligible for relocation assistance.

  • Deadline: Applications may close as early as Friday, July 10, 2026 at 5:00 PM PDT. The program start date is Monday, October 19, 2026.

  • Compensation: $8,500–$10,000 per month for U.S.-based applicants.

🎯 What Makes This Special:

This is one of the strongest entry points into tech for people who didn't come through a traditional path. Pinterest is explicitly looking for non-traditional candidates and offers real project experience, mentorship, and a possible path to full-time, which makes it far more accessible than most early-career product roles.
